17-4PH · S17400 · Grade 630 — Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel
17-4PH (UNS S17400, Grade 630) is a PH martensitic stainless steel alloyed with 17% Cr, 4% Ni, and 4% Cu. Age hardening at various temperatures delivers a wide strength–toughness range while maintaining corrosion resistance comparable to Grade 304. Key industries: aerospace, oil & gas, nuclear power, medical devices, and defense.
