Product Introduction
Full-welded wrap-around screen pipes are widely used in sand prevention industries for oil, gas, and water wells worldwide. They are particularly prominent in the water well industry and are the most extensively applied type of water resource filtration screens.
GEPEC screen pipes use full welding to ensure strict continuous integrity, resulting in ideal slot dimensions and maximum high-pressure resistance.
Custom specifications and raw materials can be tailored to customer needs, with all products strictly produced and inspected according to SY/T 5182-2008 standards.
Product Features
Screen Pipes:
- The application of trapezoidal wire forms a V-shaped opening between the slots. This design operates more efficiently than other forms, ensuring smooth water resource filtration.
- Trapezoidal wire continuously winds around support wires arranged in a circular pattern, forming high-density uniform slots, ensuring open area and unobstructed flow while preventing high-density sediment accumulation, thus improving production efficiency and extending the lifespan of water wells.
- All wrapping wires and support wires are connected by electric welding, making the product sturdy and durable with a longer operational life cycle.
- The longitudinal arrangement of support wires and the continuous slot design of the screen pipe provide higher compressive strength.
